Description
An untouched early so called French religieuze clock. Original striking on count wheel movement with silk treat suspension and verge escapement. The dial is with original faded velvet in an ebonized case with classic arched top. Pierced hands for the hours and minutes. The chapter-ring with Roman numbers for the hours and Arabic numbers for the minutes. Under the chapter-ring you see the signature plaquette carried by two angels.
