An early 20th century French marble Atmos mantel timepiece set Reutter, number 1531.

The square grey veined marble case with graduated stepped sides, raised on two block feet, the signed 4 inch silvered Arabic dial with stylised numerals and black geometric hands, over a glass lenticle displaying the chromium plated torsion pendulum, the movement wound by changes in atmospheric pressure and temperature, with a lever escapement.
